ISM-145 → SWE3-SENSOR: Missing back-link. The safety mechanism references the requirement, but there is no edge to the implementing code module. Bidirectional traceability not given.
ASIL-D requirement: Only one independent test verifies ISM-145. For ASIL D, ISO 26262 demands increased independence and diversity of verification (e.g. back-to-back tests); ISO 26262-2 defines the required degrees of independence.
